Due date is Memorial weekend, we’re going name him Gabriel Alan-Michael Heusinkveld and we’re very happy parents. Keely-Lynn is so excited and her quote was “Yay, I’m going to have little brother and don’t have to share with my Barbie dolls.”

Random sketches

Last Friday, I was in the all employee meeting from 12:30 to 4:30. It was pretty long meeting but not so boring preview meeting. Little bit boring for me, I draw couple sketches on Radisson small note pad with 0.5 mechnical pencil. First one is study anatomy and trying do something different. Second one is Ron Kitchens who was guest speaker about this book, our company and take me about fifteen minutes.

SKETCH CARD BENEFIT AUCTION for American Cancer Society

Once again, Blue Line Art is going to organizing their second annual exhibition and auction of original sketch card art to benefit the American Cancer Society.

Their first event in March of 2008 showcased 200 artists with over 1200 sketch cards. They raise over $7,400 for the American Cancer Society and the next event will be bigger and better!

This around, here are sketch cards I drew for benefit auction to American Cancer Society. This around I draw is The Punisher V.S. Wolverine logos, Mouse Guard and myself as Super Dad.




First around, I did Superman, Terminator and Atomic Robo. All in together were sold for around $90.00 in eBay auction and money toward to American Cancer Society. I'm so proud :o)

Wonder Woman WIP Part 3

I'm getting very close to finish Wonder Woman for drawing jam. All left is draw few stars in upper left corner of American flag, then going to try water coloring and after that I'm done. Here are pictures of latest update.

Last night I gets chance to draw some more on Wonder Woman for this week drawing jam at Sketch Magazine community forum. Turn out alright for me but I wish could do better on facial. Look likes there not much left to finish inking tonight. I might have a good chance to water coloring tonight. Stay tune for more update tomorrow...
